DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

The project includes demolition, partial renovation of the historic façade, a river walk connection with outdoor plaza, and new construction of a performance venue with multi-functional halls and support spaces. The new facility celebrates the unique character of San Antonio and will be a gateway to cultural arts for residents and visitors alike. The renovated center will provide venues for the San Antonio Symphony, San Antonio Opera and Ballet San Antonio, among many other performing arts groups.  Linbeck/Zachry JV has been selected as CMAR for the work and we are soliciting interested sub-contractors, vendors and material suppliers, to include Small, Minority, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises from the local market.
